The official registration will be at the main venue, which is the Hotel Sky lobby. You will be dropped off at Hotel Sky, where you will go to the event registration desk. Register for the event and get your lanyards, event tickets and welcome bag there.
If you stay at Hotel Rockefeller, you can take a bus to your hotel. We will have regular buses between the 2 hotels.
The registration desk at the lobby for the World Meeting is open as follows:
• 15h00 to 18h00 on Tuesday, the 5th of September
• 08h00 to 18h00 on Wednesday, the 6th of September
• 08h00 to 10h00 and then again from 15h00 to 17h00 on Thursday, the 7th of September
• 08h00 to 10h00 and then again from 15h00 to 17h00 on Friday, the 8th of September
Your room keys are available at the hotel directly where you are staying. Collect these from hotel reception directly.
As part of your goodie bag, you will find your entry tickets to evening events and any day tours booked. Please bring these along with you to the events for entry.
The RTI World Meeting shop and the RTI Shop will be open these days, with extended hours available as required. Please note that the stock carried here will be limited, so hurry over to avoid disappointment.
We have organised our event so that if you want to really enjoy it, please follow the timetables punctually. We have arranged free transportation between the venues and ask you to be at the meeting locations on time; otherwise, you will need to get to the events by yourself. So please be on time to enjoy the programme to the fullest.
Smoking is not allowed inside any of the venues or hotel rooms. All the venues take this really seriously. Please consider this and use official smoking rooms or areas; otherwise, it might affect our event badly. Smoking of any kind is also not allowed on any of the transportation provided. Any fines received will be for your individual accounts.
We will provide drinks at certain times during the event; other times, the drinks are at your own cost. Your goodie bags contain WM money to be spent during the World Meeting. The WM money will be accepted at all evening events except the gala dinner. A good quantity of drinks will be provided at the gala dinner, but additional drinks will be for your own account.
We will provide free beer and water during the World Meeting to ensure no throat is parched.
If you have bought a package with hotel accommodation, you will go to the hotel registration and get your room. We will be using 2 hotels for the event. One is Hotel Sky, and the other The Rockefeller Hotel. Hotel Sky is the main conference hotel, and regular buses will run between the hotels. These buses will run between 07:00 and 18:00. The schedule for the shuttle would be on every hour they would leave from Hotel Sky to The Rockefeller Hotel. And on 30mins on the hour from The Rockefeller Hotel to Hotel Sky. Busses will be clearly marked and depart and drop off at the Hotel reception parking bay.
Anyone staying at either of the hotels will receive a complimentary voucher for the Sky Ride on top of Hotel Sky. Note that this ride is weather dependent, and the voucher must be used no later than the 10th of September.

Breakfast is offered at the hotel for participants with packages that include accommodation. It is served from 06:30-10:30 daily at either of the conference hotels. Breakfast must be enjoyed at the hotel where you are staying.
No breakfast will be catered for attendees that did not include accommodation in their RTI World Meeting Booking.
Lunches will be served in different locations for different participants. For those attending the formal meetings, your lunch will be at around 13h00 at the meeting venues, meeting schedule dependant.
For those who go on the official day tours, your lunch will be served during the day tour.
For those going on a free day tour, your lunch is a part of your free tour. For those exploring yourself, your lunch is served at Hotel Sky between 12h00 and 14h00 daily.
All evening events include dinner as standard. We have considered your dietary requirements and requested our vendors to adhere to them.
