Voucher T’s & C’s

1. By redeeming or attempting to redeem this voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms of Use and acknowledge you have read and understood these Voucher Terms of Use, General terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Vouchers are issued at MiWay Blink /Intellifi’s discretion. The vouchers are issued on completion of a quotation with MiWay Blink. The vouchers will be issued and delivered to the customer (someone obtaining a quote and subsequently receiving a voucher) via email and sms, only. The voucher will be sent to the email address and telephone number provided by the customer. Neither MiWay Blink nor Intellifi will be responsible for erroneous delivery of vouchers due to inaccurate information provided by
the customer. A copy of the Voucher, when issued, will be sent to Intellifi and MiWay Blink for record keeping purposes.

3. Vouchers can only be used in store at the specified voucher partner. Please refer to the voucher received for the name of the voucher partner and the name of the store in which to redeem the voucher.
Once the voucher is redeemed successfully, at the allocated voucher partner(s), an email will be sent to the voucher partner, Intellifi, MiWay Blink and the customer, confirming the redeemed voucher. Accuracy
of the email supplied by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher or discount.

5. Vouchers are issued with specific terms and conditions that regulate how and when they can be used. For example, a voucher may only be redeemed during a specific validity period, redemption where the voucher partner has agreed to redemption and within the agreed voucher value.

6. The use of a voucher may also be limited by the total discount value available to all users for the promotion of a specific voucher. The voucher value is only R50.00(fifty rand) The voucher is only valid for once off use on items, goods and products as specified by the voucher partner. Any balances are not transferable and will be voided if not used in one sitting.

7. All vouchers are valid for until 30 November 2023 and will expire without any reservation on this date.

8. Only one voucher will be issued and can be obtained for a completed quote obtained from MiWay Blink insurance.

9. The onus is on the customer to check the full voucher T&Cs issued with the voucher and to ensure they understand the voucher’s applications and limitations.

10. Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour, not limited to the creation of multiple MiWay Blink profiles, in order to benefit unduly from a voucher, is abuse of the benefit and MiWay Blink reserves the right to deactivate a customer’s account; to cancel and not to honour any related redemption. Additional identity confirmation procedures may be implemented by the voucher partner to ensure safety and security when processing vouchers.

11. The discount value of the voucher will be deducted from the total purchase value, as agreed and approved with the voucher partner. The remaining balance, if any, will be voided. If your purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, you are obligated to settle the excess amount with the voucher partner.

12. This is a single use voucher which will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Intellifi Head Office via email at helpme@initellifi.co.za providing all details including proof of email received. The escalation process will entail the following:

12.1 Customer to send an email to helpme@intellifi.co.za with detail of your enquiry

12.2 Intellifi will respond within 24 hours, requesting additional information where necessary

12.3 Intellifi will provide an outcome, resolution and next steps within 48 to 72 hours from receiving all the necessary information from the customer to enable a detailed investigation/assistance to the enquiry. Missing information and/or additional information required will be communicated to the customer.

13. Once the voucher was redeemed it cannot be reversed. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. MiWay Blink/Intellifi reserves the right to i) cancel any voucher promotion at any time ii) cancel or reverse an individual’s voucher redemption iii) amend these Voucher Terms of Use at any time.

15. Changes to the Voucher Terms of Use will be available on the Intellifi (www.intellifi.co.za) website. In this regard you undertake to visit the Intellifi website regularly to check whether the Voucher Terms of Use have changed.
